Corporate Counsel

Businesses need a law firm to manage their legal matters. Gross & Romanick acts as general counsel for many large, medium and small businesses, providing assistance with issues such as contracting, corporate formalities, technology, employees, trade names, acquisitions, directors, securities and taxes. Most businesses cannot afford or do not want the expense of an in-house attorney. In fact, an outside law firm (such as Gross & Romanick) brings a broad range of knowledge and serious litigation experience which few lawyers can match. In many cases Gross & Romanick can assist in-house counsel in such areas as collections, leases, HR and criminal representation. Virginia Corporate Lawyer

In the rare situations in which a problem involves an area of the law requiring a specialized firm (such ERISA or patent law) or if a suit must be filed outside the Washington metropolitan areas, Gross & Romanick will assume the role of corporate counsel by finding and managing the work of the other law firm in order to reduce your business’ costs and to improve your likelihood of success.

What Will It Cost?

There is no charge for us to agree to act as corporate counsel. You will be billed monthly for routine matters such as legal advice and contract review. For more involved tasks such as writing agreements and filing law suits, our law firm will provide you with an estimate of the cost.

We recommend that you compare our hourly fees with other firms with the quality of our legal experience. You will be pleased with the reasonableness of our fees (especially compared to the large law firms). At the same time, you can be confident that you will receive legal services at a very high level
